Ayleen Guzman serves as the Student Liaison and Student Diversity Officer for the Student Union of Naropa (SUN), where she facilitates communication between students, SUN, and the administration. In her role, Guzman ensures students are well-supported throughout the academic year by educating them about student groups, funding, and events. As the Student Diversity Officer, she focuses on enhancing visibility, accessibility, and support for marginalized identities, particularly BIPOC students, by organizing events, creating affinity spaces, and leading trauma-informed discussions. She values the opportunity to contribute to a conscious, nurturing environment at Naropa, where she continually learns about relationships, deep listening, and interdependence.
