Quinntarah J Maxwell

PAT Cohort Integration Leader
Center for Psychedelic Studies

Quinntarah “Q.” Maxwell (We/she/her) is a licensed mental health counselor practicing since 2016. A trainee of the CIIS Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies and Research 2021 cohort, Q brings a much-needed analysis and foundation of social justice to the psychedelic space, as well as a crucial skill set for serving the Black, LGBTQIA+ community with these therapies. Her healing toolkit consists of various techniques brought together through a trauma-focused lens. Q is dedicated to removing the barriers between marginalized communities and access to quality mental health services. She understands that healing is a collaborative endeavor that requires competent & honest care without judgment. She believes that creating a healing space guided by authentic compassion is the key to lasting mental wellness. She embodies these principles and brings them into her private practice, Trippie Soul Wellness. Q has been a psychedelic guide for over 180 hours of KAP medicine sessions.
