In our Cognitive and Affective Science Lab (CASL), we are uniquely positioned to further the scientific study of mental, emotional, and social well-being. Relying on a range of methods—from neuroscientific measures to smartphone-based surveys—CASL research focuses on the intersections of mind and brain, meditation and action, and self and other. This experiential lab provides training for online bachelor of psychology students, community members, and the next generation of contemplative scientists.
