Alissa Bailey

Student Wellness Graduate Assistant
Naropa Student Counseling Center

Alissa is a second-year graduate student at Naropa. Alissa supports NSCC by organizing and coordinating outreach, promotion, and education events. She is most passionate about student outreach and serving as a resource to others who are cultivating their own most potent and sustaining wellness practices.
Outside of Naropa, Alissa also works as a facilitator in various programs that help others achieve sovereignty after trauma through self-reclamation and aligning with their unique life’s purpose. She is a passionate and skilled fiber artist, creating natural pigments from local Colorado plant life, which she then uses to dye fibers of all kinds, using them in knitting projects, woven tapestries and other handmade goods.

Team members and students alike take delight in Alissa’s enthusiasm, intelligence, and playfulness. She is such a delightful support to our team!
