Jo-Lynn Park serves as the Senior Director of Well-being and Resilience at Naropa University, where she fosters individual and collective thriving. Her work integrates neuroscience and social science with contemplative, somatic, and nature-based practices to uplift community flourishing. Jo-Lynn specializes in trauma-informed, evidence-based education, research, and consultation.
With over 20 years of experience in transformational education, Jo-Lynn has led wilderness expeditions, mindfulness retreats, and intercultural leadership programs globally. She has taught across various disciplines, including undergraduate wilderness leadership and graduate counselor education programs.
Her clinical background spans more than a decade in university and community settings, including tenures as a clinical director, supervisor, and consultant. Jo-Lynn has developed diverse group programs ranging from ecotherapy and yoga therapy to grief work and leadership training. Currently a teacher for professional and certificate programs, Jo-Lynn remains a lifelong student of well-being. She finds joy in singing, movement and the natural world.
