Sizer Yerger is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) trained at Naropa University in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling. He is a Gestalt therapist specializing in anxiety, panic, depersonalization/derealization, and complex trauma, and works from a somatic and nervous system-informed perspective. His work focuses on helping clients understand their symptoms as adaptive responses, reconnect with their bodies, and develop a more grounded and meaningful relationship with themselves and others.
