Right Effort Week

Turning the wheel graphicWelcome to Right Effort Week! We’re channeling our energy into a balance of diligence and ease on the path to self-knowledge. As part of our dedication to cultivating mindfulness and inner strength, we’re thrilled to announce a special event in collaboration with CACE: a 24-hour Sitting Meditation. Join us as we come together in silence and stillness, dedicating ourselves to the practice of meditation for an entire day. Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or new to meditation, this immersive experience offers an opportunity to deepen your practice, quiet the mind, and tap into the profound peace that arises from within. Settle into the present moment, embrace the power of introspection, and discover the transformative potential of sustained mindfulness. Together, let’s embark on this journey of self-discovery and inner exploration, fostering a culture of tranquility and resilience within ourselves and our community.
