Naropa has been working on a new online experience to be offered to the general public.

Today we get to announce what will be the very first offering from eNaropa online.

Drum roll, please…

Registration is now open for a new professional development course, Mindful at Work.  In Mindful at Work, you’ll engage eight weeks of online instruction led by Susan Skjei, Director of the Authentic Leadership Center at Naropa University.

In our fast-paced society, the need to bring contemplative practices into our work and life has never been more necessary. The course will offer practical tools for cultivating clarity, compassion, and results in organizations across all professional fields. As a participant, you will explore how to skillfully apply mindfulness to planning, decision making, building relationships and teams, deepening communication, and overcoming stress.

Over eight weeks, participants will receive dynamic, on-demand, self-paced instruction and home exercises, as well as bi-weekly direct engagement with faculty and fellow attendees in live online instruction and guided practices. Participants will network online together via assigned exercises and forum discussions.

Early Bird pricing continues through March 5th, and the course begins May 1, 2017.

This course is tailored to provide personal and professional development for both beginner and established mindfulness practitioners.  It teaches applied mindfulness skills to creatively address day-to-day challenges at work and at home to live the most joyful, compassionate and successful life possible.
