Guidelines for Nondiscrimination Statement Notices
Naropa University is an entity which receives Federal funding in the form of financial aid for our students.
Receipt of Federal funds creates a requirement to include a non-discrimination statement in all printed and electronic materials provided to the general public. The general public is defined as individuals who are not Naropa University employees and includes both students and non-students. Following are the guidelines which outline the nondiscrimination statement to be used depending upon the printed or electronic material.
Font Size
The statement must be readable. No less than 8-point font is preferred.
