Stephen Dill

Senior Director of Marketing and Communications
Marketing & Communications Department

An architect by training and license, Stephen Dill is a product of the liberal arts—taught to see the big picture and follow it down to the smallest details. Since 2011, he has worked in colleges to reverse declines in enrollment, applying his skills across departments to identify and align campus experience elements that were working against recruitment and retention goals.

Working through The Registry, he is on contract at Naropa until the end of May 2025. Stephen is tasked with implementing marketing automation systems, steering the Marketing team to optimize their time and talents, and establishing a suite of vendors to support the University long after he is gone.

Stephen is honored to be a part of the Development, Enrollment, and Student Success division and excited to work with people so committed to seeing Naropa thrive and grow.
