What book do you find yourself regularly pressing into the hands of students?£

Pema Chodron's Awakening Loving-Kindness and/or Sameet Kumar's Grieving Mindfully

Describe a moment when you helped a student reach an “ah ha” or transformational moment.

Through the fear, anger and confusion that students express, my favorite times are when I meet them without judgment; in that moment when they feel seen and the veil drops. It is then that we are beings in direct contact.
