Lou Stenger is a trained psychotherapist and served as a Clinical Support Professional at Naropa University in the MA Program in Contemplative Psychotherapy & Buddhist Psychology  from 2015-17.  She also is an authorized Meditation Instructor since 1988.  Lou currently is a part-time Team Leader and Basic Attender working with elders with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease for Windhorse Elder Care.  In addition to her work at Naropa, Lou taught at Regis University of Denver in the Master’s of Non-Profit Management Program.
