Joe Soma, MA, MS, CHT, LPC has a degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from Naropa University, an MS in Biochemistry from the University of Scranton, is a certified Hakomi therapist, and is certified in EMDR.  He is currently Clinical Director at an residential adolescent facility and in private psychotherapy practice with offices in Boulder and Denver where he works with individuals, couples, and families.   

Joe is also a senior adjunct faculty member at Naropa University where he teaches a wide variety of classes in the graduate program.  Joe teaches the MatrixWorks method of working with groups as living systems and has been facilitating groups for the last 15 years.  He has group experience in the areas of Domestic Violence, Parenting, Anxiety in children, and Drug and Alcohol groups with adults and adolescents.
