Janneli Chapin holds a B.S. in Music Therapy and  M.A. in Buddhist and Western Psychology. She is part of the Bhutan Project, and has taught Contemplative Psychotherapy for students in the teacher's certificate program in Samtse, Bhutan.  She has also led contemplative retreat for faculty associated with the Royal University of Bhutan.  She teaches Maitri Programs for Shambhala Mountain Center and is currently collaborating on a project for health professionals and law enforcement to train in resiliency and compassion through mindfulness meditation at Shambhala Mountain Center.
