Psychodrama is an experiential, action-based healing modality that allows you to explore past experiences, emotions, and relationships through guided role-play and enactment. Unlike traditional talk therapy, psychodrama engages both body and mind to help release stored emotions and promote healing.
Many veterans struggle with PTSD, moral injury, depression, anxiety, and isolation. Since trauma is stored in the body, experiential approaches like psychodrama are highly effective. This session will help you:
—Release stored emotions through guided enactments
—Rewire your nervous system for connection and safety (Polyvagal-informed)
—Step into a new chapter of resilience and healing
This is a rare opportunity to experience a powerful, science-backed healing modality in a safe and supportive group. Don’t miss your chance—reserve your spot today!
