Boulder Builds Peace Week

Boulder Peace Week "Boulder Builds Peace" with a doveIn recognition of the United Nations International Day of Peace, there will be keynote speakers, discussion panels, a workshop, music and arts, a kids’ passport to peace, a scavenger hunt, and a Peace fair with many peace-minded organizations participating.

Our theme this year is “Boulder Builds Peace” with the goal of involving and highlighting diverse Boulder-connected organizations and individuals who focus on international and local peace building.

This will be a collective public/civic engagement to contribute to an informed, constructive discourse about peace and conflict in these difficult times. (All events are free and open to the public.)

The event is co-sponsored by Naropa University, United Nations Association-Boulder, the City of Boulder and the CU program on Peace, Conflict and Security.
