Join us for a rejuvenating morning ritual connecting to the beautiful outdoors! Awakening in Nature is presented by Somatic Wilderness Therapy Institute. Start your day with a tranquil experience that will awaken your senses and nourish your soul. WE ARE GOING ONLINE for January so you can join from the comfort of your home and deepen the relationship with the nature near you.

Are you ready to reconnect with nature, yourself, and community? Would you like to practice facilitated mindfulness in the outdoors? Join us for an enriching, weekly morning ritual event hosted by the Somatic Wilderness Therapy Institute. Immerse yourself in a 60-minute journey of mindfulness, reflection, connection with nature, and self-discovery.

During this event, you’ll experience a group seated meditation to ground yourself followed by a mindful activity, allowing you to engage with your senses and experience the healing power of the wilderness.

Whether you’re a nature enthusiast, seeking personal growth, or simply looking for a way to start your day, this event is for you. Come together with like-minded individuals, share insights, and cultivate a deeper understanding of yourself and the world around you.

This is an opportunity to slow down, wake with intention, and come into the present moment with compassion and curiosity. This is an invitation to pause, listen, and explore. Come join us for a meaningful morning of nature-connection time.

There will be time for wandering on the land and for inner reflection, as well as opportunities to share experiences with others if you choose to.
