We are bodies on the body of the Earth, living in a time of great disruption.
In this Live Online Weekend Wisdom Intensive, participants will examine the intersection of ecopsychology, somatics, and contemplative practice in order to uncover the innate bond between the human body and natural world.
Utilizing a combination of lecture, movement, meditative exercises, and community engagement, your instructors Erika Berland, and Jeanine Canty, PhD, will guide you in unraveling colonized paradigms of Earth and body, and demonstrate how rooting into both can lead to personal and planetary healing.
