In this free community offering, we will attune to the wisdom of our dreams through an eclectic variety of practices. We’ll explore resonant symbols and associations to elucidate a ‘message,’ or insight to consciously carry into our waking lives. If you are experiencing a dream drought, no worries! We will also engage practices for harvesting the wisdom of waking life synchronicities, as well as discuss strategies for improving nocturnal dream recall.
Jaime Duggan is a Certified Dream Work Practitioner and holds a Master of Fine Arts in Dance with a secondary emphasis in Ethnic Studies. She serves as the Graduate Advisor for the Transpersonal Wilderness Therapy program at Naropa University and has been a student and practitioner of various healing arts for over 25 years. She has taught undergraduate courses, facilitated workshops and coached young people in PreK-12, community college and other university settings throughout Colorado and New Mexico. Jaime is committed to assisting individuals to awaken to their higher potentials and purposes, and is particularly keen on drawing upon the profound wisdom of dreams and synchronicities. Through attentiveness to, and activation of, our nocturnal and waking dreams, we come into greater alignment and live more radiant, fulfilling and harmonious lives.
This is where experiential learning meets academic rigor. Where you challenge your intellect and uncover your potential. Where you discover the work you’re moved to do—then use it to transform our world.
