In this free community offering, we will attune to the wisdom of our dreams through an eclectic variety of practices. We’ll explore resonant symbols and associations to elucidate a ‘message,’ or insight to consciously carry into our waking lives. If you are experiencing a dream drought, no worries! We will also engage practices for harvesting the wisdom of waking life synchronicities, as well as discuss strategies for improving nocturnal dream recall.
