Join Pema Lodro and others as we meditate on our common humanity, cultivate metta, and be together as a community. Compassion meditation is a way that we can cultivate courage, strength and resilience in difficult times. It can help us replenish ourselves when we experience empathy fatigue. Join Pema Lodro to explore ways to cultivate more familiarity with the natural compassion in your own heart.
