I practice contemplative psychotherapy with an emphasis on creating a safe space for clients where they can dismantle patterns that no longer serve them and let their inherent wholeness emerge. I use techniques that engage the body, including yoga, yoga nidra, Buddhist and yoga psychology as well as lessons from neuroscience. My approach is suited for clients who have a history of trauma in their family of origin. Such trauma may be emerging as questions about self-worth, anxiety, depression, difficulties with relationships, and managing anger.
