RESEARCH ASSISTANCE

All students at Naropa University are encouraged to visit the library for research assistance. You may schedule a one-on-one appointment with a librarian who can help you continue or begin your specific search for information.

To schedule a one-on-one research appointment with a librarian at the Allen Ginsberg Library, please look at our office hours calendar and then email library@naropa.edu from your @naropa email address with your preferred time. We will respond with confirmation. We require 24 hours advanced notice for appointment requests and cancellations.

INSTRUCTION

All undergraduate students are offered library instruction during Writing Seminar II courses at Naropa University. During that time you will receive an introduction to Naropa resources as well as the Norlin Library at CU Boulder. Additionally, your instructor may request library research visits in other classes that may be focused on particular class projects or culminating papers.

Graduate students receive basic instruction in library resources at Naropa during program orientations. Again, your instructors may request in-depth sessions for particular classes. We look forward to working with you!

THESIS SUBMISSIONS

The Allen Ginsberg Library gratefully accepts graduate student thesis submissions to add to our collection of past Naropa student work. Often Naropa students are studying topics on the cutting edge of research. We look forward to providing access to your work to other students and researchers.

By submitting your thesis to the library, you will be granting Naropa University non-exclusive rights to archive, migrate, and circulate your thesis. Full details are available on the thesis submission form which must be submitted according to the instructions at the top of the first page. Please email both the completed form and your thesis (in PDF format) to thesis@naropa.edu before the end of your graduating semester.
