Refunds are processed weekly. Checks are available to pick up on Thursday’s after 4 p.m. Checks will be held in the office for two weeks. Checks that are not picked up will be mailed to the address printed on the check.
You can monitor your account by logging onto WebReg and click on “Statement.”
