In past years of serving on the Board, Gabrielle Edison has enjoyed chairing the Campus Planning/Development Group and co-chairing the Development/Advancement Committee. She
now co-chairs the Student Journey Committee and serves on the Development Committee.

Edison trained to become a mindfulness instructor at Naropa University in 2007, and turned that training into becoming a meditation instructor for the MACP program's first-year students at their Maitri retreat in winter 2008. She does individual meditation instruction with a few Naropa students during the school year as well.

A mother, dancer, meditator and occasional poetry writer, she is currently pursuing her interests in writing and dance. She also enjoys witnessing her son become a young man.
