Naropa University recognizes Earth Day as a time to celebrate the interconnectedness of all beings, extend deep gratitude for each other and the web of life, and to bring conscious awareness to the actions that we can take to live more sustainably. Ringu Tulku Rinpoche is the founder of Bodhicharya, an international organization dedicated to collecting, transcribing, translating, and publishing Buddhist teachings and educational materials, as well as supporting educational and healthcare projects around the world. He is a Tibetan Buddhist Master of the Kagyu Order, trained in all schools of Tibetan Buddhism under many great masters.
