Sherwin Bitsui

Sherwin Bitsui is originally from White Cone, Arizona, on the Navajo Reservation. A graduate of the Institute of American Indian Arts, he is the recipient of many awards including a Lannan and Whiting Writers’ Award. His first book is Shapeshift and his work has appeared in American Poet, the Iowa Review, Frank and Lit. He lives in Tucson, Arizona.
