Carla's most recent books are the novel Gardener of Stars and Baby, and a work in translation Tourjour l’epine est sous la rose translated by Martin Richet. She is co-editor of Lust for Life: On the Writings of Kathy Acker. Recent performance works appeared in the United States, Canada, and Europe.
