When You Arrive

On Monday morning of the week you are registered, please go to Naropa's Arapahoe campus at 2130 Arapahoe Avenue in Boulder (Click here to see the map). The Summer Writing Program office is located in the front of the Arapahoe Cottage facing Arapahoe Ave. Please check in to the SWP office by 9 a.m. on Monday morning so that we can show you where your morning program and workshops are meeting, issue you a Student Passcard for the weeks you are registered, and hand you a master schedule. A confirmation form will be sent to you in the mail by the SWP registration manager, letting you know which workshops you have been awarded. Parking in all Naropa lots is free for the summer.

SWP Student Passcards

Each registered Summer Writing Program student will receive a SWP student passcard on Monday when you arrive for the week. This will serve as your student ID for the weeks you are registered, and it will admit you to all of the SWP weekly events, including the faculty and student readings at night. BA discussion groups, held Wednesday mornings, are open to BA students only.
