What is a Co-curricular Transcript?
The Co-curricular Transcript (CCT) can be described as a student development transcript. It is an official record of leadership achievements, participation in community service activities and in professional development workshops and seminars, and involvement in student clubs, organizations, contemplative practices and diversity awareness. Because students spend an average of 85 percent of their college careers outside the classroom, the
CCT is a valuable document that reflects how that time has been used. Official copies of the CCT are often coupled with resumes and academic transcripts as part of a job or graduate school application.
How do I begin the process of starting a Co-curricular transcript?
Step 1: Go to: http://naropa.collegiatelink.net/ and click on ‘Sign up’. Fill in the New User registration to activate your account.

Step 2: Create your profile on NaropaLink.

Beginning in the Fall of 2010 you will be able to add involvement from off-campus activities to your CCT. These activities may include volunteerism, trainings, workshop participations, contemplative retreat practices, and diversity seminars that are not required by your academic departments. Instruction for adding off campus involvement is coming in 2010.
Can I add service learning and volunteer participation that was required by my academic class to the Co-curricular Transcript (CCT)?
Unfortunately, any work and participation required by academic classes can not be added to your CCT. Since the CCT documents student initiated learning, required participation will not be included.
Can I add retroactive participation to my current Co-curricular Transcript (CCT)?
