Position is part-time - 12 hours per week to start.  Hours are flexible, making it ideal for students.  In addition to that, this position is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a growing business in the alternative healthcare industry.

 

Duties include:

answering the phone, processing orders, tracking customer contacts,  and shipping product.

 

If you are the ideal candidate, you are cheerful and fun, and also highly organized and competent.  And you strive to give good customer service not just because you are a professional, but also because you genuinely care about the well-being of the customer on the other end of the phone.  You are fluent in MS Word, Excel, and QuickBooks, or at least really sharp on the computer and able to learn quickly.  Light web development is a plus.
