Looking for a compassionate, reliable, clean, quiet, conscious, financially stable housemate to share this amazing house with. This is a very special place and has tremendous character including a tiered backyard and a latticed back porch.  The house has hardwood floors throughout and the room for rent is spacious. There are 1.5 bathrooms to be shared between the two of us.  There is a large living room split into a gathering space on one end and a yoga space on the other.

 I am a Naropa student in my last year of school studying yoga, psychology and in my off time making as much art as possible. I am looking to find a housemate where there is good energy between us—a sense of community and connection, as well as an understanding of good boundaries and willingness to give one another solitude in the house.

I am 22 and studying somatic psychology and yoga at Naropa University. I don't party like crazy, but I party in moderation, and I prefer that you do too. :) I am 4/20 friendly though! Description: I have one room available for rent from now to the beginning of August. The room comes with its own walk in closet, its own bathroom off of the room equip with shower, bathtub, toilet, and sink, and even its own private balcony. The room is very big and has excellent natural lighting. The rest of the house is very well maintained. There are four balconies off of the unit, a kitchen with new appliances, a spacious living room, and washer/dryer come in the unit. There is parking available behind the building. Being a Naropa student, the house is located directly across the street form the campus, so you wouldn't have to walk very far to get to class :) There is a dog that lives here. She is a black chow lab mix, and she is very well behaved. However, the landlord will not allow any more pets in the unit. There are 4 other roommates currently living here (2 boys and 2 girls). They are all very respectful, clean, and a lot of fun. Also, if you need furniture, I'm willing to leave some of the pieces in the room.

Description: Hello, I  have a wonderful 2 and a half year old daughter that I need some help watching three days a week.  In exchange for helping me take care of my her I am offering all expenses paid room with no rent or bills including internet and parking space in a nice two story apartment located right in Boulder off Iris & 30th Street.  There is an outside balcony area and large upstairs living room with fireplace.  The bed room is medium sized with a full closet.  The room comes with it's own bathroom right next to the bedroom and you would have the place to yourself a lot of the time.  When I am not working, my daughter and I out doing things.  I work right across the street so I am always very close if I am needed.  My daughter is almost three, well behaved, very smart and just needs someone that is smart and clear headed with previous child care experience to help watch her while I work.  My normal work days are Wed, Sat and Sun from 3:30 till 11:00

The ideal person I am looking for is someone that

Is clean and considerate of other people in a living situation

Has previous child care experience - required

Knowledge of Buddhist and Spiritual principles - required

Knowledge of the Montessori method preferred

Someone who is conscientious of healthy eating habits and diet 

Someone who is available during the evening hours, 

a stable Individual with good references.
