Rent: $500 (includes utilities)
Description: House share available (3 Bedroom/1.5 bath condo) with one female in Lafayette,
about 15 minutes to 30th and Baseline in Boulder by car. In addition to the furnished
upstairs bedroom looking west with a beautiful view of the Flatirons, I provide wireless
internet, washer/dryer, and all utilities for $500 per month. There is also some storage
space available in the basement. We would share a bathroom. My townhouse-style condo backs
up to open space and a couple of farms, so, even though there are neighbors (friendly ones)
on both sides, it doesn't feel cramped. The complex is right on the Coal Creek Trail, great
for walking, biking, and cross-country skiing. It's also walking distance to Waneka Lake in
Lafayette. I am a freelance editor and work at home, where one beautiful and lively cat is
also in residence, so I can't take additional pets. I'm looking for a friendly, low-key,
mature person who enjoys healthy living, (no smoking, no drugs, social drinking), and things
like NPR, good conversation, low drama. If you're interested, please email or call.

Description: Top half of a beautiful nearby mountain house in Boulder Heights. For one or two adults and one child, maximum. Approximately 1250 square feet living space. Rental includes garage parking space for one vehicle (and some shared storage space in the garage). The top half of the house is completely separate from the downstairs half (which is a separate living unit), with very good privacy.

Downstairs tenants are contemplative Naropa students.

PHOTOGRAPHS: You may note the following photographs in this link:

Location is near Lee Hill Drive and Deer Trail. Well-maintained and plowed main roads in winter. 15 minutes to downtown Boulder.

Other details: Renter(s) must be non-smoker(s) and have an awareness of the house and its surroundings. I prefer a 1-year lease (may consider shorter period). The rent is $1475 (which includes water (house is on a well; new well pump; house has good water pressure). Renter must purchase specified hot tub chemicals. Renter(s) total utility share (propane and electricity) will be approx. $175/month on a yearly average for each level of the house (propane and electricity will be shared with downstairs tenant).

One dog is likely acceptable but to be discussed.
