IZZE’s Woloson to Speak at Naropa University on Business and Social Change
Beverage company co-founder will address Wednesday Community Gathering Series

BOULDER , Colo. (October 4, 2006)—As a part of Naropa University’s weekly Wednesday Community Gathering Series, IZZE Beverage Company co-founder Todd Woloson will speak at the school at 12 noon on Wednesday, October 18, on the subject of “How business can be a force for positive social change.”

In 2002, Woloson introduced IZZE Sparkling Juice, an all-natural blend of pure fruit juice and sparkling water, to his hometown of Boulder, Colorado. Today IZZE is the leader in the sparkling juice category and is sold nationally at grocery stores, corner delis, elementary schools, coffee shops and cafes across the United States, Canada and the Caribbean.

Recently, the 29-employee company was bought by PepsiCo Inc., which makes Woloson’s appearance at Naropa a pretty hot ticket. Or it would if there were tickets. The event, which is free and open to the public, is sponsored by Naropa University Career Services and Naropa’s Marpa Center for Business and Economics.

After the presentation there will be a question and answer session, as is customary at the Wednesday Community Gathering Series.
