BOULDER, Colo. (September 19, 2008)—Naropa University’s Department of Student Affairs, Career Services, and Office of Admissions will be sponsoring the inaugural Graduate School Fair on Wednesday October 8, 2008 between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. in the Performing Arts Center.

This event will give Naropa Students the opportunity to explore graduate school options from various universities around the country. Participating schools include Antioch University New England, California Institute of Integral Studies, Institute of Transpersonal Psychology, all Naropa University graduate programs, Prescott College, University of Colorado Boulder, and University of Denver Josef Korbel School of International Studies. The majors offered by these universities ranges from MA and PhD programs in Environmental Studies Education to Somatic Psychology and Drama Therapy. There is no cost and anyone interested in pursuing graduate school is encouraged to attend.

Accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools, Naropa University is a private, nonprofit, nonsectarian liberal arts institution dedicated to advancing contemplative education.  This approach to learning integrates the best of Eastern and Western educational traditions, helping students know themselves more deeply and engage constructively with others.
