April 18, 2016 (Boulder, CO)—Naropa University has announced the appointment of Randall “Randy” Arnold as Naropa’s new Director of Human Resources following a competitive search process.
With more than twenty-five years of experience in human resources, Randy has worked in fields as diverse as long-term care, environmental services, and higher education. Randy most recently served as Director of Human Resources at Heritage College. He has a Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources from Columbia Southern University. Randy has also received certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and from the Society for Human Resource Management as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).

Randy assumes his new role effective April 25, 2016. He succeeds Angie Gossett, who served as Director of Human Resources until September of 2015.
