Google's Chade-Meng Tan, "Jolly Good Fellow" to speak at Naropa University on "Mindfulness at Work: Google Did It. You Can Too."

(August 16, 2011) -- Naropa University announces that Chade-Meng Tan, Google's "Jolly Good Fellow," who spearheaded that company's "Search Inside Yourself" initiative--one of the best known programs in the high tech world for promoting wisdom practices in the workplace, will speak at Naropa's Nalanda Events Center on Thursday, September 8, 2011, 10:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Intended for business professionals, entrepreneurs, and business students, Mr. Tan will speak on the mindful workplace and why mindfulness makes good business sense. He will be joined by a panel of Boulder's nationally renowned and highly innovative business community, including Brook Eddy (Bhakti Chai), Ted Ning (LOHAS Director), Namaste Solar, Diane Musho Hamilton (Big Mind Big Heart), and moderated by Dr. Peter Grossenbacher, Associate Professor and Consciousness Lab Director, Undergraduate Contemplative Psychology, Naropa University.
