From the heart

I am grateful to train and teach at an institution that emphasizes contemplative education.  It provides the opportunity to connect with a sense of meaning and purpose over and over again.  It's like in meditation when you keep coming back to the breath.  At Naropa, I am developing confidence in my intention to be skillful and compassionate through the relationships I have with students and colleagues.  The world needs more of that.
