Online Registration
Complete and send the provided online registration form on our secure server. You will receive an immediate confirmation of your request by email; an official confirmation letter will be sent by mail.

If the first class session or lecture you wish to attend is to occur within 48 hours, please contact the registration office at 303-245-4800 in order to confirm space availability.

Walk-In
Walk-in registrations are welcome at the above address Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Payment
Full payment is required at the time of registration. You may pay by check, money order, Naropa Gift Certificate, Master Card or Visa. Make checks payable to "Naropa University." A $20 fee will be assessed for every returned check. All payments must be in U.S. funds. Cash payments must be made in exact amounts.

Discounts
Discounts apply to most Extended Studies courses taken for noncredit. Discounts do not apply to classes taken for credit, online education or for courses listed as professional development (look for the symbol). All discounts must be accompanied by an appropriate and current ID. Only one discount per event is applicable.

• Senior citizen (60+): 15% discount
• Naropa University alumni: 15% discount
• Full-time students: 15% discount
• Most evening talks: $5 discount for students, seniors and alumni

Please note: discounts are only available for mail, walk-in or phone registrations.

Refund Policy for Weekend and Noncredit Classes
Please notify the registration department if you are dropping a course. Full refunds will only be issued if requested before the first class meeting. Refunds take three to five weeks to process. This policy does not apply to professional development classes or academic classes.

Changes and Cancellations
Course listings in this catalog are subject to change. This includes tuition changes, typographical errors, course and lecture cancellations, or schedule changes. We reserve the right to cancel underenrolled courses and cannot be held responsible for any travel expenses due to cancellations. We strongly recommend purchasing traveler's insurance when coming from a location outside of Boulder. We will make every attempt to contact you when changes occur.
