Fees & Logistics

Tuition

Tuition for the 2011 Contemplative End-of-Life Care Program is $5,140 with an additional a $120 Tech fee. Tuition does not include travel or accommodation for the residential session at Sunrise Ranch. Accommodation inquiries can be made directly with Sunrise Ranch.

Scholarships

A limited number of partial scholarships are available. Please complete and submit scholarship application along with your completed program application. Scholarship decisions will be made by November 2010 and will be based on the following applicant criteria:

• Currently working in end-of-life care or equivalent
• Making an important contribution to furthering the vision of contemplative/spiritual care
• Financial need, as demonstrated in the application (working for non-profit, etc.)

Travel

Students are responsible for their own travel arrangements and costs, including airfare and ground transportation. Suggested travel times and details will be sent to students in advance to assist in travel preparation.

Certification

Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion from Naropa University, a fully accredited university, upon successful completion of the program. No academic credit is awarded for this noncredit certificate program.

Continuing Education Units (CEU's)

Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are available for nurses, social workers, counselors and psychotherapists.
