Staff Sabbatical

Recognizing the value of a significant break in employment, Naropa offers its long-term staff members the opportunity for sabbatical. Following five years of employment, any regular employee of the university can apply for an unpaid leave period of up to six months during which the employee’s benefits will continue, and, upon returning from leave, the employee will be reinstated in his or her previous position.
