Personal Days

Naropa personal days may be used for any reason including floating holiday or additional time off. They can be scheduled in advance or taken as needed and can be used in conjunction with sick or vacation time.

Personal days do not accrue; rather they are granted and expire annually with an employee’s anniversary date. Days are granted based on years of service with the organization as follows:

Length of Service Total Annual Personal Days

Immediately upon hire thru three full years of continuous employment 2 days

After three full years thru six full years of continuous employment 4 days

After six full years of continuous employment and any years thereafter 6 days
