Holidays
Naropa University observes the following holidays:
Martin Luther King Jr. Day
Shambhala Day (Tibetan New Year)
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving (2 days)
In addition, the university is generally closed for the period between Christmas Eve day and New Year’s Day and all regular employees receive their normal weekly compensation during this break.
Employees may also use a personal day to observe a religious holiday that is not recognized as a university holiday. |
