Medical Plans
Naropa University offers its employees three medical plans to choose from: a major medical plan with a $2,000 deductible, a “medium” plan with a $500 deductible and a traditional PPO plan with $500 deductible but much richer utilization benefits. The monthly premium costs for these plans vary depending on the plan selection and dependent coverage selected. Monthly premiums are deducted from pay on a pre-tax basis.
