Extended Studies Programs

Each semester, the Extended Studies department provides a generous benefit program to Naropa staff and faculty.

In many of the Extended Studies programs, there are on or two “free” seats allotted for staff, faculty and adjunct faculty. Generally, there are more employees interested in a given program than seats allotted. To give all interested employees’ equal opportunity to participate in this benefit, the Department of Human Resources administers a l ottery system to determine the “winner” of the available seat(s). The “winner” is then able to attend the program at no charge.

In the event an employee does not “win” the lottery, they may receive a 50% discount on space-available registration through Extended Studies.

Employees are immediately eligible for Extended Studies benefits; however, there are no family member benefits available.
