Dental Plan

Naropa offers a traditional dental plan. Under the plan, preventive care is covered at 100% while basic and major services are covered at 80% and 50% respectively, after a $100 deductible has been met.

Employees may use any dentist they choose; the plan pays up to the Usual & Customary Rate (UCR).

Monthly premium amounts are deducted from pay on a pre-tax basis.
