Dr. Parlee has 20 years' experience working as a therapist, clinical supervisor, life/executive coach, and management consultant with a wide range of individuals, groups and organizations. In the spring of 2003, Bert accepted the position of CEO at SpectrumTrainings in Boise Idaho, where he is currently involved with integrally informing the adult experiential learning business. Dr. Parlee serves as Chief of Staff of Ken Wilber's Integral Institute, and is co-trainer with Don Beck in Spiral Dynamics. He has taught a range of graduate classes at John F. Kennedy University, the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology, and the California Institute of Integral Studies in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he also directed an adolescent treatment facility in east Oakland for over ten years. Bert holds a Bachelors degree in political science from the University of New Brunswick, a Masters in Buddhist and western psychology from Naropa University, and a Doctorate in clinical psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies.
