IMPORTANT DATES for Incoming Spring Freshman at Snow Lion:

Tuesday, December 11th
Housing applications should be received by the Housing office. This is very important so that we can determine your placement before the current students leave for winter break on December 14th.

Friday, December 21st
Housing assignments go out via email. You will receive information about what kind of room you got and info for roommates including phone and email address.

Saturday, January 5th or Sunday, Januray 6th (9am – 12pm or 2-5pm)
MOVE IN!!  and Bring  Signed Lease; Medical Form; and Parking Form (if applicable). Please call or email and confirm that you will be at check-in.   If you cannot make this time frame, please let us know as soon as possible.

Sunday, January 6th     (5pm - 7pm) in the Performing Arts Center
Student and Family Snow Lion Orientation (Parents, or loved ones,  please try to be here for this!)Light snacks will be served.

Monday, January 7th – Friday, January 11th (times to be announced)
Naropa University Orientation Week (entire week is required).

Friday, January 18th  (3-5pm)
Our first Community Meeting! Make sure you do not schedule class during this time.

Friday, February 1st, (3-5pm)
2nd Community meeting: Topic TBA

Saturday, March 8th and Sunday March 9th
In-house Community Retreat
