Requirements: I've just graduated from Naropa's Master of Divinity program and would like to stay in Boulder for a few years.  I'm 26, male, clean, friendly and courteous.  I'd prefer to live in a house/apt that is smoke free.  I don't have any pets but love both cats and dogs. Description: I am a student from Alaska who will be attending Naropa University in the fall and I am looking for a one bedroom apartment in close proximity to the schools main campuses.  I have a cat that is traveling there with me, and I need a place that allows cats, she is very well mannered and is not much of an outdoor cat.  I do not mind a small space at all, but I do need a clean space.  I am a non-smoker and I am very quiet.  Since I will be traveling from Alaska I need to find a place and set up a rental agreement before I get there, of course.  I have references upon request, and I look forward to hearing from you!  Thank you for your time.

Requirements:  My partner and I are looking for a 1 or 2br/1ba for ourselves, 1 cat and 1 dog.  We'd like a place with it's own exterior door and a planting area of some kind, W/D on site and light for our plants.  I'm a 37 year old theatre professional and teaching artist and will be attending Naropa's MFA-CP program this fall.  My partner is a contemporary dance practitioner and teaching artist.  We are moving to Boulder from Seattle in August and would like to have a place secured before we arrive.  Please let us know if you have a place available or if you have advice about where we should look.  References available.  We currently take care of the yard and some facilities maintenance in exchange for a decrease in rent and are willing to make a similar arrangement if that's of interest.
