Description: Aloha! Looking for a very warm, healthy, vibrant person, to complete this beautiful home - a lovely, large 3 BR sunny house by Ideal Market on 18th and Cedar- only 12 blocks north of the main Naropa campus. The house is completely remodeled, and beautiful with hardwood floors throughout, clothes washer/dryer, newish very efficient furnace, A/C, garage, a large fenced yard, deck, and automatic sprinkler system, garden areas. The kitchen is also remodeled and has wonderful appliances including a large stainless steel fridge, dishwahser, GAS STOVE AND OVEN, and microwave.
You would share this lovely home with two mindful females in their late 20's- extremely into the outdoors in every way, dancing, yoga, healthy vibrant existence, LOVE, organic food, art, painting, music, and promoting positive change in the world. We are wanting a healthy environment focussed on naturally being high, and very little substance use.
This is definitely a non-smoking house!
Because of Boulder's stupid zoning laws, there CAN ONLY BE ONE PERSON PER ROOM, and can't have a couple share only one room. It is very sad and a shame, but true.
It is available immediately or August 1st, or July 1st, or anywhere in between. The lease is for one year with of course an option to renew if you love it here. It is 6 blocks from Ideal Market, and a 4-minute bike ride to Pearl Street Mall or the mountains, with no lights or traffic along the way. This is one of the best locations in Boulder!
There is a cat door. Pets are nego - just depends on the pet.

Rent: $525 without utilities
Description: Do you long for community? A home that supports your spiritual path? A place
where you feel comfortable being who you are?
We are looking for someone to move in August 1st or August 15th.
Our house is situated on a quiet, residential street in North
Boulder, very near downtown. We are near two bus routes, ideal market, the
rec. center, and the community gardens. This cozy home has a lot of common
space: two huge living rooms (one with dance floor), one large cafe-style
dining room, a broad kitchen, and a huge yard with garden. There is also a
room for meditation or other contemplative practices.
There are three bedrooms (of six) available of various sizes.
All rooms have closets, good windows, and two have hardwood floors.
All of us women are currently Naropa students or have recently
graduated, at both MA and BA levels. There are two sweet cats. No more pets,
please. While we're lively individuals, the atmosphere is generally low-key.
There is a shared value of being mindful and of having compassion for
ourselves and others. We like to have dinners and brunches together. We have
house meetings about once a month. We host great potlucks!

Rent: $416/mo plus utilities
Description: We have a great house reserved in South Boulder (Martin Acres) for a move-in date of August 14th. We have five of the rooms filled (three men, two women) and we are looking for our sixth roommate. The room that is available is on the top floor, has hardwood floors, and is fairly sizable. The house has a bathroom on both floors, a large kitchen, a living room, a laundry room with washer and dryer, a very large yard (which we have been working on putting in a veggie garden), a back porch/sunroom which is the whole length of the back of the house and a garage. Right now, as only one of us has a car, we are considering turning the garage into a workshop. The house has one cat, who will be spending most of the time downstairs. We might be able to take a roommate with a dog, but we would have to check with our land lady--who is very friendly and easy to work with. In addition to rent, we will be splitting the trash, water, electric, and gas bills. Also, four of us are already considering sharing food costs, but that could be discussed more in the future. We are really trying to build a community environment, so sharing tasks, responsibilities, and household items will be key. Some activities that we all share in common are yoga, sustainability, t'ai chi, activism and local beer, if that gives you an idea of what we're all about. Rent is $416 a month and the deposit is also $416. First month's rent is due on Aug. 1st. After that, rent is always due on the 14th. Thanks for looking and please let us know if you have any questions!

Description: Hello and welcome to a wonderful deal. I, Rafferty, am a 32 yr old 2008 TCP, Wilderness Therapy Grad. Toby is a 14.5 yr old hounddog. We live in the best neighborhood in Boulder (biases accounted for), west of Broadway, 5 blocks from Dakota Ridge trailhead, 4 blocks from North Boulder Park, 6 blocks from Ideal Market and a mere mile from downtown. If you're a Paramita student (preferred), you've got a straight shot 2 miles down Iris. This former chicken coop at 9th and Grape was converted into a duplex in 1945. We have a huge front yard with garden space and fenced-in backyard with fire pit. We will consider another dog (dog-friendly, potty-trained cats welcome) as long as Toby agrees. He is an alpha and prefers non-alpha roommates. The potential dog must also be baby-tested and -proved. You will have your own room, though it is the smallest in the house. Share kitchen, washing machine, bathroom with claw foot tub and the living area with me; share outside space, meals, beers and bocce games with the family on the A-team. One-year commitment, please.
