Higher Education and the Economy
 

For the past several years Naropa University has carried a deficit. As the cost of debt rises and the economic recovery is slow to hit higher education, it has become clear that a deficit will inhibit Naropa's ability to pursue the goals of its strategic plan. The current economic reality demands that individuals and companies act strategically in order to make progress toward long-term goals.
